The online shopping experience was easy and quick! The pillows came within 7 days - thank goodness because I was anxiously awaiting them. I have been going to physical therapy for painful neck problems I've had for the past 2.5 months. It's been uncomfortable to sit at the computer, look both ways while driving in traffic, and especially to sleep. During a weeklong vacation in Massanutten, VA I felt my neck muscles loosen up and my range of motion increase more each day. However, the first night back in my bed, I could not get my head in a comfortable position to sleep. The next two nights were worse, with pain returning during the day as well. I realized that my pillows were a great contribution to my neck pain and called the resort in Massanutten right away to find out which pillows they used. I ordered them (Flexisoft, extra firm) immediately! Last night was my first night sleeping on them at home - and I already feel better! A good night's sleep is priceless!
