At pillows.com we pride ourselves on our next business day order processing and packaging. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed. After a tracking number has been provided, our ability to edit your order is severely limited. When you will receive your order is dependent on the shipping service selected.
Please select the Savvy Shipper option. Ground and air services cannot deliver orders to PO boxes. For Savvy Shipper orders: if USPS cannot deliver to your physical address, but Fedex or UPS can, please list BOTH your physical address and your PO box, each on their own line, in your shipping address. Pillows.com has a great return and exchange policy for you. You can process a FREE shipping return with money back in the first 30 days or your order. A return with money back refund can only be made within the original orders first 30 days. We do not refund original shipping charges.
