Pillows.com is dedicated to making sure that your purchase arrives in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy and contact our bedding experts if you have any further questions.

Pillows.com ships on business days and shall not be liable for (i) any incidental or consequential damages or (ii) failure or delay in shipping goods hereunder if such failure or delay is due to an act of God, war, labor difficulties, accident, inability to obtain product, vendor back-orders, vendor difficulties, short shipments, and other causes that are beyond the control of Pillows.com.

Shipping Methods

How long does it take for my order to ship?

At pillows.com we pride ourselves on our next business day order processing and packaging. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed. After a tracking number has been provided, our ability to edit your order is severely limited. When you will receive your order is dependent on the shipping service selected.

Savvy Shipper - $9.99 or Free on Orders over $99

  • These orders will ship via UPS SurePost or FedEx Ground Economy, which final delivery is provided by the US Postal Service. After your order is processed, transit time typically is 4 to 9 business days.
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

Premium Shipping - $19.99 to $39.99

  • These orders will ship via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Transit time is typically 2-4 business days after order is processed.
  • The delivery guarantees by FedEx,UPS, and Pillows.com have been suspended since COVID and pillows.com does not guarantee the order will be delivered by the end of the stated four business days. Once FedEx and UPS delivery guarantees are implemented, Pillows.com will follow suit. 
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
  • PO Boxes are not accepted for the Premium Shipping Option

PO Box

Have a PO Box? 

Please select the Savvy Shipper option. Ground and air services cannot deliver orders to PO boxes. For Savvy Shipper orders: if USPS cannot deliver to your physical address, but Fedex or UPS can, please list BOTH your physical address and your PO box, each on their own line, in your shipping address. This will ensure that no matter which service has final delivery of your order, that you will receive your package in a timely manner. See below for an example:

Shipping to an APO

  • We'll ship your order via USPS (transit time varies) for free over $99 and a flat $19.99 for orders under $99.
  • We are seeing orders to APO/FPO locations taking up to 45 business days. We will not reship or investigate the order before that time frame.

Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories

Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories

  • PO boxes are accepted on all Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories orders.
  • Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories are excluded from the FREE SHIPPING EXCHANGES.
  • These orders will ship via FedEx Ground Economy in most cases. Depending on the remoteness of the address, the estimated shipping time is between 10-12 business days.
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

International Shipping

  • We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada.
  • We suggest that customers who are not in the US or Canada contact freight forwarding companies to arrange for international shipping.
  • Pillows.com’s liability ends once the order is received by the freight forwarder

Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

Pillows.com has a great return and exchange policy for you. You can process a FREE shipping return with money back in the first 30 days or your order. A return with money back refund can only be made within the original orders first 30 days. We do not refund original shipping charges. You have up to 90 days to process up to 3 FREE shipping exchanges. Our bedding experts will help you process a return or exchange through email at Sleepbetter@pillows.com. 

For orders shipped to Canada, customers must cover return shipping costs. It is advised to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return's arrival. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, Canadian customers should follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item on our website. Additionally, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items from Canada and must ensure accurate completion of all necessary customs documentation to avoid delays or extra charges.
