Pillows.com, formerly Pacific Pillows, was founded by Abby and Craig Clark when Craig was called to active duty in the military. As a family based business, Pillows.com is specifically focused on bringing luxury bedding into homes around the United States at reasonable prices.

We only feature products found in luxury hotels and resorts around the world and are constantly adding and updating our inventory to best meet the needs of our customers. Craig and Abby each have over 10 years of mail order retail experience and, along with the Pillows.com team, are dedicated to giving you the service you deserve! All of our products are kept in a smoke free environment.

“I took pictures of the tag at a hotel where they had a pillow that I wanted to duplicate, and I asked for Customer Service to help me track down that pillow. They sent me the link to one and I ordered two of them. Unfortunately it is not the pillow from the hotel that I took a picture of. Definitely a bummer because it's not worth the shipping costs to return. The pillow is decent in texture but way way, way too thin! Doesn't even support my neck. I might as well, not even sleep with a pillow at all.”
